OK. So it’s 01 October 2011, and there are only 3 months left in 2011. It may strike people as a bit late to join the “Post A Day 2011“ challenge. But it doesn’t strike me as too late. It’s still 2011. And I have actually been posting an average of once a day since August of 2010. Maybe even more than once a day. I haven’t counted.
This is my response to the ideas expressed in two books. These books include:
Writing Down The Bones: Freeing The Writer Within by Natalie Goldberg.
One thing both of these books have in common is their declaration that you write. Doesn’t matter what. Doesn’t matter how much. Doesn’t matter if your grammar is flawed. The only thing that matters is that you write. Every day.
On days when I am out of ideas, I may look for ideas at The Daily Post, along with others that are writing every day. I may also share ideas with others, in the hopes that I can help them in their efforts to write every day.
If you read the words I write, I hope you will encourage me in my daily writing efforts.
